On August 27th, I depart from San Francisco International Airport to work on a series of documentary, advocacy, and fundraising projects in Zambia and Tanzania, Africa.

If all goes well, I return to San Francisco on October 3rd.

This trip includes work with inspirational health care (reconstructive surgery for the poor), education (an orphanage and school for 350 children), and wildlife and land conservation projects.

There are compelling stories throughout the tapestry of these travels. I am responsible for a series of interviews and production of a broad range of still photography and video footage. I hope to contribute to the fundraising, awareness, and documentary goals held by the nonprofit and commercial organizations sponsoring the trips. I am grateful for the opportunity.
